Save the legal entity shown in the footer and terms, its registered address, licence number and the jurisdiction said to issue it. Add the hostname used at registration and the merchant name displayed before payment. Similar brand names, mirror domains and app labels should not be treated as the same company without a written link between them.

Search the current ACMA guidance and investigation material for the operator and domain, not only the brand. A domain absent from one list is not automatically approved. Record what was checked, on which date, and which company would answer a complaint.
